KNF takes up suspended proceedings to delist Gi Group Poland from WSE

Poland's financial market regulator KNF has decided to restart the delisting proceedings of listed HR firm Gi Group Poland, the company said in a market filing.


In February 2022, Gi Group Poland applied to KNF to delist the company's shares from the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In April 2022, KNF suspended the authorisation proceedings.

In July 2024, Poland's financial market regulator KNF resumed the suspended authorisation proceedings for the delisting of Gi Group Poland shares from the regulated market.

At the end of August, Poland's financial market regulator, at Gi Group Poland's request, issued a decision to suspend the company's delisting proceedings.
