Poland's largest private air carrier Enter Air posted a PLN 108.9 million (EUR 25.8 mln) attributable net profit in the third quarter of 2025, above the PAP Biznes consensus of a PLN 87.1 million (EUR 20.6 mln) net take, the company's financial report has shown. The company's EBITDA also exceeded the market expectations of PLN 285 million (EUR 67.4 mln), amounting to PLN 361 million (EUR 85.4 mln).

Poland's largest private air carrier Enter Air's subsidiary, Enter Air sp. z. o. o, has signed a charter agreement with Itaka Fly, the unit of Poland's most popular travel agency Itaka, for the sale of seats on aircraft with crew for the Summer 2026 and Winter 2026/27 seasons, Enter Air said in press release. The estimated value of the agreement is USD 99.2 million.
