Zabka Group SA (Żabka)

Listed convenience store chain Zabka Group has signed a new agreement for credit facilities worth the equivalent of PLN 3.5 billion (EUR 0.8 bln), maturing in 2031, the company said in a press release.

Grupa Żabka zawarła umowę kredytów senioralnych o równowartości łącznie ok. 3,5 mld zł, co związane jest z refinansowaniem zadłużenia grupy prowadzącym do obniżenia kosztów jego obsługi oraz wydłużenia terminów jego zapadalności - podała spółka w komunikacie.

Listed convenience store chain Zabka Group remains certain of its ability to achieve its strategic goals for 2025 and in the shorter term, the report stated. In addition, the group expects to further improve its adjusted net profit margin, reaching 3 per cent in the short term. Zabka Group plans to open more than 1,300 new shops in Poland and Romania during the year.

Listed convenience store chain Zabka Group posted PLN 1.06 billion (EUR 247.8 mln) in Q2 adjusted EBITDA, up from PLN 596 million (EUR 140.3 mln) in the prior year period and against a consensus of PLN 993.5 million (EUR 232.3 mln).

Zabka Group miała w II kw. 2025 roku 1.057 mln zł skorygowanej EBITDA wobec 993,5 mln zł konsensusu. W tym okresie przychody wyniosły 7.124 mln zł przy konsensusie na poziomie 7.171,3 mln zł.
