Listed IT group Asseco's unit, Asseco Business Solutions has acquired a total of 308,881 shares in a buyback, representing approximately 0.92 percent of the voting rights at the general meeting, at a price of PLN 77 (EUR 18.1) per share, for a total of PLN 23.8 million (EUR 5.6 mln), the company announced in a press release.
Asseco BS w ramach skupu akcji własnych nabyło łącznie 308.881 akcji stanowiących ok. 0,92 proc. głosów na WZ w cenie 77 zł za papier, czyli łącznie za 23,8 mln zł - podała spółka w komunikacie.
