ALIOR BANK SA (37/2025) Zmiana adresu siedziby Alior Banku S.A. od 1 października 2025 r.

Zarząd Alior Bank S.A. ("Bank") informuje o podjęciu w dniu 24 czerwca 2025 r. uchwały w sprawie zmiany adresu siedziby oraz adresu korespondencyjnego Banku.

Zarząd Banku postanowił, że od dnia 1 października 2025 roku, adres siedziby oraz adres do korespondencji kierowanej do Banku będzie następujący: ul. Chmielna 69, 00-801 Warszawa.

Zmiana została w dniu dzisiejszym zarejestrowana w rejestrze przedsiębiorców Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego.

Podstawa prawna: § 5 pkt. 11) Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim.

Change of address of the registered office of Alior Bank S.A. from

October 1, 2025

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. ("Bank") hereby announces the

adoption on June 24, 2025, of a resolution on changing the registered

office address and correspondence address of the Bank.

The Bank's Management Board decided that from October 1, 2025, the

registered office address and correspondence address for the Bank will

be as follows: Chmielna 69, 00-801 Warsaw.

The change was registered today in the register of entrepreneurs of the

National Court Register.

Legal basis: § 5 para 11 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of

June 6, 2025, on current and periodic information published by issuers

of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information

required by the laws of a non-member state.
