Echo Investment SAArchicom developer posts PLN 107.2 mln net profit in 2024; wants to sell 3k flats in 2025
Listed developer Archicom, owned by Echo Investment Group, had an attributable net profit of PLN 107.2 million (EUR 25.63 mln) in 2024, down from PLN 255.8 million (EUR 61.16 mln) in the prior year period, the company said in its annual report. Archicom's sales target for 2025 is over 3,000 flats.
In 2024, Archicom's operating profit fell to PLN 160.4 million (EUR 38.35 mln) from PLN 309.7 million (EUR 74.05 mln) in 2023, while sales revenue fell to PLN 742 million (EUR 177.41 mln) from PLN 1.1 billion (EUR 263 mln).
"The financial results achieved reflect the length of the investment cycle in our industry and demonstrate our dynamic growth. While annual housing sales reached almost 2,200 units in 2024, the financial result is generated from the 941 units handed over to our customers in 2024," Archicom's CEO Waldemar Olbryk wrote in a letter to shareholders.
"The result of PLN 742 million in revenues, a gross margin of more than 38 percent and a net margin of 14.5 percent is the result of the handover of flats that were sold in 2022-2024. Observing our sales figures for 2023 and 2024, we have reason to believe that in 2025 and subsequent years we will recognise profits resulting from the higher volume of flats handed over to customers," he added.
The company's offer at the end of the year amounted to more than 3,000 flats, with a further almost 9,300 apartments secured in the land bank.
"This is a very good starting point to face our sales targets, which we are setting at over 3,000 units sold in 2025 and which puts us on a trajectory of selling 4,000 units in the years to come," the CEO wrote.
