Archicom real estate maintains 3,000 flats sales target in 2025

Listed developer Archicom has upheld its target of selling around 3,000 flats in 2025 and 4,000 in the following years, the company announced in a press release.

"We are focusing on further development in the popular segment, optimising construction processes and investing in land with city-forming potential," said Archicom's CEO Waldemar Olbryk, quoted in the press release.

"Our stable financial situation gives us room to set ambitious goals – to sell nearly 3,000 flats in 2025 and 4,000 in subsequent years," he added.

In the first half of 2025, Archicom introduced 1,938 new flats in Cracow, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Lodz and Poznan to sale and pre-sale.

In addition, thanks to the expansion of its land bank, the company has secured the possibility of building over 1,980 more units.

At present, the land bank's potential includes 12,599 flats (8,580 purchased and 4,019 secured). At the end of the first half of the year, Archicom's offer included 2,937 flats.

In 2025, the developer plans to deliver approximately 2,400 flats. In the first half of the year, 404 units were delivered (including 360 Archicom units and 44 Echo Investment units), while due to the schedule of ongoing projects, most deliveries are planned for the third and fourth quarters of this year.

Since 2023, the company has invested over PLN 660 million (EUR 155.2 mln) in land, and projects worth PLN 236 million (EUR 55.5 mln) are currently under negotiation.

Assets amount to PLN 3.2 billion (EUR 752.4 mln) and increased by 13 percent in the first half of the year.

Since 2023, the company has obtained financing worth PLN 908 million (EUR 213.5 mln), while at the same time redeeming bonds for a total amount of PLN 136 million (EUR 32 mln).

At the end of the first half of the year, Archicom had PLN 201.5 million (EUR 47.4 mln) in cash and PLN 240 million (EUR 56.4 mln) in unused credit lines, which together give it over PLN 440 million (EUR 103.5 mln) in potential for operating activities.
