Auto Partner automotive wants to pay dividend of PLN 0.15 per share from 2025 profit
Listed car parts distributor Auto Partner's management recommends to the shareholders that a dividend of PLN 0.15 (EUR 0.04) per share is paid from the profift generated in the 2025 financial year, i. e. a total of nearly PLN 19.6 million (EUR 4.6 mln), the company announced in a market filing on Tuesday.
The total net profit of the company for the financial year 2025 will be disclosed in the standalone annual report, which is to be published on April 15, 2026, Auto Partner has said in the market filing.
In its recommendation regarding the dividend, the management board takes into account the necessary expenditure for the implementation of the company’s strategic objectives in the coming years, it added.
