Zarząd B-Act S.A. z siedzibą w Bydgoszczy ("Emitent"), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 18/2025 z dnia 1 września 2025 r., informuje, że w dniu 12 września 2025 roku powziął informację o podpisaniu przez wszystkie Strony umowy ze Skarbem Państwa - Generalnym Dyrektorem Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad, Generalna Dyrekcja Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad, ul. Wronia 53, 00-874 Warszawa ("Zamawiający").
Przedmiot i warunki umowy pozostają zgodne z informacjami przekazanymi w ww. raporcie bieżącym.
Zarząd Emitenta uznał powyższą umowę za istotną ze względu na jej wartość oraz to, że może mieć istotny wpływ na kształtowanie się sytuacji finansowej i majątkowej Emitenta w przyszłości.

The Management Board of B-Act S.A. with its registered office in
Bydgoszcz (the "Issuer"), with reference to current report No. 18/2025
of September 1, 2025, hereby announces that on September 12, 2025, it
was notified that all Parties had signed an agreement with the State
Treasury - General Director of National Roads and Motorways, General
Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, ul. Wronia 53, 00-874
Warsaw ("Ordering Party").
The subject matter and terms of the agreement remain consistent with the
information provided in the above-mentioned current report.
The Issuer's Management Board considered the above agreement to be
significant due to its value and the fact that it may have a significant
impact on the Issuer's financial and asset situation in the future.
