CCC SACCC fashion's subsidiary Modivo inks up to PLN 660 mln term loan agreement with UniCredit
Modivo, a subsidiary of listed clothing and footwear group CCC, has secured a term loan agreement with Italy-originated banking group UniCredit for up to PLN 660 million (EUR 154.5 mln) for the early redemption of bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 500 million (EUR 117 mln) issued by Modivo through SVF II Motion SubCo, a SoftBank Group entity, CCC said in a market filing.
The loan will be amortised over a period of 5 years. CCC is the guarantor of Modivo's obligations as the borrower under the loan agreement.
As announced, the conclusion of the loan agreement with UniCredit is the final element of the capital group's consistently implemented debt refinancing programme aimed at optimising the financing structure and significantly reducing debt costs.
In addition, on June 3, 2025, Modivo signed an annex to the multi-purpose credit limit agreement with Poland's largest lender PKO BP concerning PKO's consent to the conclusion of the loan agreement with UniCredit.
