Comarch SAComarch IT acquires minority stake in TS2
Listed IT company Comarch has acquired a minority stake in T2S, a company that provides business implementation services, Comarch said in a press release. Further acquisitions that will support the expansion and value growth of the entire group are possible.
Currently, T2S provides its services to nearly 1,300 clients of Comarch ERP XL and Comarch ERP Optima systems.
"One of the assumptions of the transformation currently underway at Comarch is to strengthen relationships with key partners. We have been working with T2S in the ERP industry for over 20 years, and the decision to co-finance it is the next stage of our cooperation," said Comarch's CEO Jaroslaw Mikos, quoted in the press release.
"We are convinced that deepening cooperation with T2S will directly contribute to the growth of our business in the ERP segment," he added.
According to Krzysztof Krawczyk from the CVC Capital Partners fund, which has owned Comarch since 2024, this transaction shows that acquisitions will be an important element of the company’s development.
"Undoubtedly, there will be further acquisitions to support the expansion and growth of the entire group," he added.
T2S provides implementation, service, training, consulting, and programming services. It has been a partner of Comarch for 21 years, delivering business implementations and post-implementation support for Comarch ERP XL and Comarch ERP Optima systems.
