Develia SADevelia real estate sells 3,345 flats in 2025, exceeds its annual target
Listed real estate developer Develia sold 3,345 flats in 2025, up from 3,197 in the previous year, and handed over 2,959 apartments to customers versus 2,865 in 2024, the company said in a press release. In Q4 2025 alone, the company sold 845 flats and handed over 996 against 497 sold and 1,068 handed over in the prior year period.
"For another year in a row, we have recorded record sales and exceeded our annual plan with a surplus. At the same time, we have handed over to our customers the highest number of flats in the company's history, achieving the target set at the beginning of the year," said Develia's CEO Andrzej Oslizlo, quoted in the press release.
He added that the sales result for the last quarter of 2025 turned out to be 70 percent higher year on year, thus confirming the recovery that had been visible on the market for several months.
"This year, we expect further gradual growth in sales, which will be supported by lower interest rates, rising wages and positive economic prospects. In the coming weeks, we will publish specific targets for this year," the CEO announced.
The companies of the Develia group have concluded 48 reservation agreements, which are expected to be converted into development agreements in the next period.
In 2025, Develia sold 3,345 flats (including 173 units in investments acquired through the acquisition of Bouygues Immobilier Polska and 28 in projects carried out as part of a joint venture) on the basis of development and preliminary agreements.
Develia's target for 2025 was to sell 3,100-3,300 apartments.
The sales figures provided by Develia refer to sales based on notarial development agreements and preliminary agreements. This value has been reduced by terminated agreements.
