Dom Development real estate establishes new bond issue programme worth up to PLN 400 mln

Listed real estate developer Dom Development has established a new bond issue programme worth up to PLN 400 million (EUR 93.5 mln), the company said in a market filing. The company ended the existing bond issue programme.


In connection with this, Dom Development has signed an issue agreement with mBank, under which bonds may be issued in various series for an indefinite period from the date of the agreement.

The issue agreement also allows for a guarantee agreement to be concluded for each bond series, whereby mBank may commit to acquiring bonds of a given series under the program, according to the terms specified in the guarantee agreement.
