ENEFI Vagyonkezelő Nyrt. ("Company") informs its Dear Investors that shareholder Csaba

Soós (who is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Company) and Whiteless Rock

Tanácsadó Zártkorűen Működő Részvénytárság (which is a legal entity closely related to

Ferenc Virág, member of the Board of Directors) have today informed the Company of the

following:

Csaba Soós sold 2.1 million ENEFI ordinary shares (issuer: ENEFI Vagyonkezelő Nyrt., ISIN:

HU0000089198) in an OTC transaction today (2026. 02. 05.) at a price of HUF 243.9974 per

share. The thresholds to be exceeded in the transaction according to Section 61 of the

Hungarian Securities Trading Act are: 20%, 15%, 10%, 5%. Pre-transaction quantity:

2,247,200 ENEFI common shares, post-transaction quantity: 147,200 ENEFI common shares.

The transaction has not yet been closed.

Whiteless Rock Consulting Zrt. purchased 2.1 million ENEFI common shares (issuer: ENEFI

Vagyonkezelő Nyrt., ISIN: HU0000089198) in an OTC transaction today (2026. 02. 05.) at a

price of HUF 243.9974. The thresholds to be exceeded in the transaction according to

Section 61 of the Hungarian Commercial Code: 5%, 10%, 15%. Pre-transaction quantity: 0

ENEFI common shares, post-transaction quantity: 2,100,000 ENEFI common shares. The

transaction has not yet been closed.
