Grupa Pracuj completes transaction increasing its stake in firms operating Ukrainian websites

Listed HR firm Grupa Pracuj has completed a transaction to increase its shareholding in the companies operating Ukrainian websites, doing business under the names Work.ua and Robota.ua, Grupa Pracuj said in a market filing. The total purchase price of the shares amounted to USD 7.64 million.


"Grupa Pracuj has entered into agreements with Mr Andriy Borovyk for the company to acquire indirectly 29.4 percent of the shares in Gravitatciya-U TOV, based in Ukraine, and directly 29.4 percent of the shares in GVT Ltd, based in Cyprus, for a total price of USD 7,644,000," the group said in the market filing.

It was reported that at the same time, the remaining steps necessary to finalise the transaction had been completed.

Gravitatciya-U holds a 33 percent stake in Robota International TOV (Robota.ua) and a 67 percent stake in Work Ukraine TOV (Robota.ua), while GVT holds a 33 percent stake in co-CEO Snowless Global Ltd and a 67 percent stake in WorkIP Ltd.
