Grupa Pracuj SAGrupa Pracuj launches buyback of 225,782 shares at PLN 58 per share
Listed HR group Grupa Pracuj is launching a buyback of up to 225,782 of its own shares, representing a total of approximately 0.33 pct of the share capital, at a price of PLN 58 (EUR 13.7) per share, the company said in a market filing. The submission of shares' sale offers will commence on December 11 and will continue until December 17, 2025, 17:00 local time.
Grupa Pracuj reserves the right to end the offer period earlier than the aforementioned date, particularly if the number of shares offered for sale during the offer period exceeds the number intended to be acquired by the company, as well as to extend the deadline for submitting offers.
The expected settlement date of the share buyback transaction is December 22, 2025.
"This share buyback is the first in a series of buybacks that the company plans to carry out to implement the incentive program for years 2025-2027, under which it intends to acquire a total of up to 1,033,473 own shares. The management board will decide on the manner and timing of subsequent buybacks," Grupa Pracuj said in the market filing.
The buyback will be carried out through the investment company Trigon DM brokerage.
