JSW SA (7/2025) Terminy publikacji raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2025

Zarząd Jastrzębskiej Spółki Węglowej S.A. ["Spółka"] podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy publikacji raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2025:

1. Jednostkowy i skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2024 rok - 8 kwietnia 2025 roku

2. Skonsolidowane sprawozdanie z płatności na rzecz administracji publicznej za 2024 rok - 8 kwietnia 2025 roku

3. Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2025 roku - 20 maja 2025 roku

4. Skonsolidowany raport za I półrocze 2025 roku - 9 września 2025 roku

5. Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2025 roku - 25 listopada 2025 roku

Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że:

- na podstawie § 62 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim ("Rozporządzenie") nie będzie publikowała jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych. W związku z czym skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne będą zawierały kwartalną informację finansową,

- na podstawie § 62 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia nie będzie publikowała jednostkowego raportu półrocznego, w związku z czym w skonsolidowanym raporcie półrocznym będzie zamieszczone półroczne skrócone sprawozdanie finansowe wraz z raportem firmy audytorskiej z przeglądu,

- na podstawie § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia nie będzie publikowała skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za IV kwartał 2024 roku oraz za II kwartał 2025 roku.

Wszystkie raporty okresowe zostaną umieszczone na stronie internetowej Spółki [www.jsw.pl] w zakładce Relacje Inwestorskie/Raporty giełdowe/Raporty okresowe.

Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ("Company") hereby

announces the dates of publication of the Company's periodic reports in

the financial year 2025:_#160;

1._#160;Standalone

and consolidated annual report for 2024: 8 April 2025

2._#160;Consolidated

report on payments to the public administration for 2024: 8 April 2025

3._#160;Consolidated

quarterly report for Q1 2025: 20 May 2025

4._#160;Consolidated

report for H1 2025: 9 September 2025

5._#160;Consolidated

quarterly report for Q3 2025: 25 November 2025

At the same

time, the Company hereby reports that:

- _#160;Pursuant

to § 62 Section 1 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 29

March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by

Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information

Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent

("Regulation") it will not publish standalone quarterly reports.

Accordingly the consolidated quarterly reports will contain quarterly

financial information.

- _#160;Pursuant

to § 62 Section 3 of the Regulation, it will not publish its standalone

half-year report and accordingly the consolidated half-year report will

contain the condensed half-year financial statements and the audit

firm's review report,

- _#160;Pursuant

to § 79 Section 2 of the Regulation, it will not publish its

consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2024 and for Q2 2025.

All the

periodic reports will be published on the Company's website (www.jsw.pl)

in the Investor Relations/Stock Exchange Reports/Periodic Reports tab.
