Kety metals updates dividend amount to PLN 55.46 per share

Listed metals group Kety has updated the number of shares covered by the dividend, resulting in change of the total dividend amount payable per share to PLN 55.46 (EUR 13.07) from PLN 55.50 (EUR 13.08) previously, Kety said in a market filing.


The group reported that as of the dividend record date, i.e. August 20, 2025, the number of shares covered by the dividend amounted to 9,822,753 (against 9,816,168 as of May 28, 2025).

The dividend amount to be paid per share under the first tranche set for September 3, 2025, will now be PLN 16.69 (EUR 3.93), and the dividend amount to be paid per share in the second tranche set for November 5, 2025, will currently amount to PLN 38.77 (EUR 9.14).

In 2024, the ordinary general meeting of Kety decided to earmark PLN 539.3 million (EUR 127.1 mln) for dividends, which translated into a dividend of PLN 55.41 (EUR 13.06) per share.
