Kruk SAKruk debt collector allots PLN 100 mln in AP4 series bonds
Listed debt collector Kruk has allocated PLN 100 million (EUR 23.5 mln) in AP4 series bonds, with a 67 percent reduction in subscriptions, the company said in a press release.
It was reported that Kruk allotted PLN 100 million (EUR 23.5 mln) of six-year series AP4 bonds with a floating interest rate based on the variable WIBOR3M rate and a fixed margin of 2.7 percentage points per annum.
The reduction in subscriptions amounted to 67 percent with a total of PLN 300 million (EUR 70.56 mln) subscribed by 1,780 investors.
Subscriptions for the bonds were conducted from June 18 to July 4, 2025. The offering was not divided into tranches.
"We are using diversified sources of financing, in which the prospectus bonds we have been issuing for 11 years are an important element. We will use the funds raised to further Kruk's growth in key European markets and digital transformation," said the founder and CEO of Kruk Piotr Krupa, quoted in the press release.
The issue was conducted as part of the 11th Bond Issuance Programme.
