Marian Zmarzly appointed as new energy deputy minister responsible for mining sector
Poland's Prime Minister has appointed Marian Zmarzly as the deputy minister of energy responsible for the mining sector, among other things, the Ministry of Energy (ME) announced on Friday. Previously, Zmarzly was director of the Pniowek coal mine owned by listed coking coal group JSW.
"Prime Minister Donald Tusk, at the request of energy minister Milosz Motyka, appointed Marian Zmarzly to the position of Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Energy on October 31 this year. The new deputy minister will be responsible for, among other things, the mining sector," the energy ministry announced on X.
