MCI Capital ASI SAMCI Capital PE fund sells 100 pct of IAI shares to Montagu fund
Polish private equity group MCI Capital has a final contract to sell 100 percent of IAI shares to the Montagu fund, MCI Capital announced in a statement. The net inflow to the fund from the sale of the company's shares amounted to PLN 470.5 million (eur 111.2 mln).
"In connection with the fulfilment of all conditions precedent stipulated in the preliminary conditional agreement for the sale of shares in the share capital of IAI, on March 2, 2026, a final agreement was concluded, under which MCI.PrivateVentures FIZ (acting on behalf of the MCI.EuroVentures 1.0. subfund) together with the other shareholders of the company sold 100 percent of the shares in the company's share capital to an investment vehicle from the Montagu Private Equity group," the statement said.
As a result of the agreement, the fund no longer holds any stock in the company's share capital.
