MEDINICE SA (3/2026) Harmonogram publikacji raportów okresowych w roku 2026

Spółka MEDINICE S.A. ("Emitent") działając na podstawie § 84 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim ("Rozporządzenie"), niniejszym podaje daty przekazywania jednostokowych i skonsolidowanych raportów okresowych w 2026 roku:

1. Raporty kwartalne:

08.05.2026 r. - za I. kw.

06.11.2026 r. - za III. kw.

2. Raport półroczny:

11.09.2026 r. - za I. półrocze

3. Raporty roczne:

18.03.2026 r. - Jednostkowy i skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2025

Zarząd spółki informuje, iż zgodnie z §63 ust. 1 oraz ust. 3 Rozporządzenia, skonsolidowane raporty śródroczne będą zawierały odpowiednio kwartalną informację finansową oraz półroczne skrócone sprawozdanie finansowe wraz z raportem firmy audytorskiej. Zarząd nie będzie przekazywał odrębnych jednostkowych raportów śródrocznych.

Zgodnie z § 83 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Zarząd Spółki nie przekazuje skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za drugi i czwarty kwartał roku obrotowego. Wszelkie raporty okresowe oraz niniejszy harmonogram będą umieszczone na stronie internetowej Emitenta: www.medinice.pl w zakładce "Relacje Inwestorskie".

MEDINICE S.A. (the "Issuer"), acting pursuant to § 84 section 1 of the

Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 6 June 2025 on current and

periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the

conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the

laws of a non-EU Member State (the "Regulation"), hereby announces the

dates of publication of standalone and consolidated periodic reports in

2026:1. Quarterly reports:08.05.2026 r. - for the 1st quarter06.11.2026

r. - for the 3rd quarter2. Semi-annual report:11.09.2026 r -

for the 1st half-year3. Annual reports:18.03.2026 r. -

standalone and consolidated annual report for the year 2025The

Management Board of the Company informs that, pursuant to § 63 sections

1 and 3 of the Regulation, the consolidated interim reports will

include, respectively, quarterly financial information and a condensed

semi-annual financial statement together with the audit firm's report.

The Management Board will not publish standalone interim individual

reports.Pursuant to § 83 section 2 of the Regulation, the

Management Board of the Company does not publish consolidated quarterly

reports for the second and fourth quarters of the financial year.All

periodic reports and this publication schedule will be made available on

the Issuer's website: www.medinice.pl, in the "Investor Relations"

section.
