Murapol SAMurapol's shareholder to sell 8,364,000 shares in ABB at PLN 39 apiece
Listed real estate developer Murapol's shareholder Aeref V PL Inwestycje will sell 8,364,000 shares in the company at PLN 39 (EUR 9.23) per share as part of an accelerated book-building process, Murapol announced in a market filing.
"Due to significant demand expressed by many Polish and foreign investors, the number of shares ultimately offered to investors has been increased from 18 percent of the company's share capital to 20.50 percent," Murapol said in the market filing.
As a result of the ABB, 1.632 million shares will be sold to Hampont, 1.632 million shares will go to an investor affiliated with Hampont, and 5.1 million shares will be sold to investors who participated in the book-building process.
After the sale transaction is settled, Aeref will hold 6,996,000 shares in Murapol's share capital, representing approximately 17.15 percent of the company's share capital.
In connection with the offer, Aeref, Hampont and an investor affiliated with Hampont have undertaken to comply with the restriction on the transferability of their shares in the company for a period of 180 days from the date of settlement of the transaction.
Erste Securities Polska, Ipopema Securities, Pekao Investment Banking, Banco Santander and listed lender Santander BP's brokerage unit BM Santander, are acting as global co-coordinators of the offer and, together with listed lender Pekao's brokerage unit BM Pekao, are acting as joint bookrunners.
At the close of Thursday's session, Murapol shares were trading at PLN 38.65 (EUR 9.14) per share.
