Nationale-Nederlanden OFE holds more than 5 pct of shares in Synektik medical

The mutual fund Nationale-Nederlanden OFE increased its shareholding in listed radiopharmaceuticals and medical solutions Synektik to over 7.31 percent and currently holds 623,572 shares in the company, Synektik said in a market filing.


Prior to the increase in shares, Nationale-Nederlanden OFE held 218,842 shares in the company, representing nearly 2.6 percent of the share capital and votes at the general meeting.

As stated, as a result of the same transaction, funds managed by Nationale-Nederlanden PTE increased their shareholding to nearly 8.5 percent in the share capital and votes at the general meeting.
