Zarząd Spółki One More Level S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie (dalej: "Spółka"), w nawiązaniu do raportu ESPI nr 9/2025 z dnia 19 sierpnia 2025 r. w przedmiocie podpisania listu intencyjnego z Lyrical Games, LLC z siedzibą w USA (dalej: "Lyrical Games") informuje, iż w dniu 9 października 2025 r. zawarł z Lyrical Games umowę wydawniczą dotyczącą gry Valor Mortis, która to gra znana była do tej pory pod kodową nazwą Cyber Slash (dalej: "Umowa Wydawnicza").

Na mocy Umowy Wydawniczej strony ustaliły, iż całość praw autorskich do Valor Mortis pozostanie własnością Spółki. Ponadto Lirycal Games stanie się współwydawcą Valor Mortis, inwestując środki finansowe w budżet produkcyjny gry i odpowiadając za jej globalny marketing. Premiera gry zaplanowana jest na 2026 r.

Co istotne, Lirycal Games przejmie także na siebie rozliczenia Spółki z Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., dotyczące zwrotu kosztów poniesionych przy produkcji Valor Mortis. Premiera gry przewidziana jest na rok 2026.

The Management Board of One More Level S.A. with its registered office

in Kraków (the "Company"), with reference to ESPI Report No. 9/2025 of

19 August 2025 concerning the execution of a letter of intent with

Lyrical Games, LLC with its registered office in the United States

("Lyrical Games"), hereby announces that on 9 October 2025 the Company

concluded a publishing agreement with Lyrical Games regarding the game

Valor Mortis, previously known under the code name Cyber Slash (the

"Publishing Agreement").Pursuant to the Publishing

Agreement, all copyrights to Valor Mortis shall remain vested in the

Company. At the same time, Lyrical Games will act as a co-publisher of

Valor Mortis, investing financial resources into the production budget

of the game and assuming responsibility for its global marketing. The

release of the game is scheduled for 2026.In addition, Lyrical

Games will assume the Company's settlement obligations towards Take-Two

Interactive Software, Inc. in connection with the reimbursement of costs

incurred in the production of Valor Mortis.The release of the

game is planned for 2026.
