Orange PL telco wants to pay dividend of PLN 0.61 per share from 2025 profit

Listed telecom operator Orange Polska increases its dividend by 15 percent with management board recommending a payout of PLN 0.61 (EUR 0.14) per share from 2025 profit, the company has announced in a market filing.


"The proposal to increase the dividend by 15 percent is a reflection of company's strong financial performance in 2025, its sound balance sheet and the confidence of the management in the future prospects of Orange Polska," the company pointed out in the market filing.

In line with the dividend policy, PLN 0.61 per share will become the new dividend floor until 2028.

The management board has proposed the dividend record day to be set for June 24, and the dividend payment day for July 8, 2026.

The ultimate decision concerning the allocation of last year's profit will be made by annual general meeting.
