Orlen SAOrlen energy posts LIFO EBITDA at PLN 8.9 bln in Q3, in line with consensus
Poland's largest energy concern Orlen adjusted LIFO EBITDA for the third quarter of 2025 totalled PLN 8.9 billion (EUR 2.10 bln), the company's financial report showed. The result was broadly in line with analysts' expectations, which estimated LIFO EBITDA at PLN 9 billion (EUR 2.13 bln).
Third-quarter revenue amounted to PLN 61 billion (EUR 14.4 bln), close to the market forecast of PLN 60.8 billion (EUR 14.4 bln).
Orlen's net profit reached PLN 2.16 billion (EUR 510 mln), falling short of analysts' expectations compiled by PAP Biznes, which had pointed to PLN 3.66 billion (EUR 865 mln).
"The very strong third-quarter results confirm that we remain robust and resilient even in a more challenging environment," said Orlen CEO Ireneusz Fafara, quoted in the statement.
"It was another solid quarter, with every segment contributing value despite the macroeconomic headwinds," added Slawomir Jedrzejczyk, Orlen's CFO.
In the third quarter, Orlen Group generated PLN 8.2 billion (EUR 1.94 bln) in operating cash flow, while the net-debt-to-EBITDA ratio stood at 0.14 at the end of the quarter.
