The Management Board of Proguns Group S.A., with its
registered office in Warsaw (the "Issuer"), hereby announces that on 1
December 2025 the Issuer received a notification, prepared pursuant to
Article 69 of the Act on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the
Introduction of Financial Instruments to an Organised Trading System,
and Public Companies, from shareholder Fundacja Rodzinna Konstancja,
with its registered office in Bielawa.
The notification referred to above is provided by the
Issuer in the attachment hereto.
