Robyg Group real estate sells 960 flats in H1 2025
Real estate developer Robyg Group concluded 960 development and preliminary agreements in the first half of 2025 and an additional 160 reservation agreements, which will be finalised as development soon, Robyg said in a press release.
TAG Group, to which Robyg belongs, has signed a total of 1,080 preliminary and development agreements and 160 reservation agreements.
TAG Group completed and handed over 640 units, of which 516 units were handed over to customers and 130 units were put on lease.
In total, in the first half of 2025, the TAG Group in Poland had approximately 7,400 residential and commercial units under construction.
The group's rental portfolio stood at 3350 units, of which 1950 belong to Robyg
In 2025, Robyg plans to sell 2,800 units and increase its rental portfolio to 3600 units.
It added that the group is expanding its land bank, which includes the potential to build around 28,000 units across Poland, and is looking for investment opportunities in new land.
Robyg's and Vantage's shareholder, TAG Immobilien Group, have successfully completed several bond issues over the past year, which have been very well received on the Polish and European financial markets and raised financing totalling EUR 500 million.
In 2025, the Group launched a convertible bond programme worth EUR 332 million.
