Zarząd R.Power S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Emitent") informuje, że 11 grudnia 2025 r. powziął informację o wygraniu przez zagraniczną spółkę należącą do Grupy Kapitałowej Emitenta ("Spółka Zależna") aukcji FER-X NZIA we włoskim systemie wsparcia odnawialnych źródeł energii (FER-X)("Aukcja").

Na podstawie rozstrzygnięcia Aukcji Spółka Zależna uzyskała prawo do dwudziestoletniego wsparcia wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 7,6 MWp w formie kontraktu różnicowego (CfD).

Łączna wartość wsparcia, które zostanie przyznane z Aukcji przez cały okres obowiązywania nie powinna przekroczyć 10% kapitałów własnych Emitenta.

Current Report 28/2025 - ESPI - Results of the FER-X NZIA Auction in

Italy Won by the Issuer's Subsidiary

The Management Board of R.Power S.A., with its registered office in

Warsaw (the "Issuer"), hereby informs that on 11 December 2025 it became

aware that a foreign company belonging to the Issuer's Capital Group

(the "Subsidiary") won the FER-X NZIA auction in the Italian renewable

energy support scheme (FER-X) (the "Auction").

Based on the outcome of the Auction, the Subsidiary obtained the right

to twenty-year support for electricity generation from a photovoltaic

installation with a capacity of 7.6 MWp, in the form of a contract for

difference (CfD).

The total value of the support granted under the Auction for the entire

duration of the support period should not exceed 10% of the Issuer's

equity.
