Podstawa prawna: Art. 56. 1. 2 of Act on Public Offering

Sofia, Bulgaria - According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on December 08, 2025 the Company sold 4 224 660 (four million two hundred twenty-four thousand six hundred and sixty) treasury shares representing 0.78% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 11 536 277.80 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.73.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 14 611 895 representing 2.71% of the share capital of the Company.
