Sofia, Bulgaria - According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on February 12, 2026 the Company sold 43 800 (forty-three thousand and eight hundred) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 83 968.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.92.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 12 239 930 representing 2.27% of the share capital of the Company.
