TEN SQUARE GAMES SA (1/2026) Terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2026 roku

Zarząd Ten Square Games S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu ("Spółka") zgodnie z § 80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 roku, w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim ("Rozporządzenie"), podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2026 roku:

1.Raport okresowy za rok 2025:

- Jednostkowy oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2025 - 23 marca 2026 r.

2.Raporty okresowe za rok 2026:

- Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2026 - 11 maja 2026 r.

- Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2026 - 24 sierpnia 2026 r.

- Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2026 - 9 listopada 2026 r.

Jednocześnie Zarząd Spółki informuje, iż zgodnie z § 83 pkt. 2 Rozporządzenia Spółka nie będzie publikować raportów kwartalnych za IV kwartał 2025 roku oraz za II kwartał 2026 roku.

Ponadto, zgodnie z § 63 ust. 1 i 3 Rozporządzenia Spółka informuje, iż w raportach skonsolidowanych kwartalnych i półrocznym zawarte będą odpowiednio kwartalne i półroczne skrócone jednostkowe sprawozdania finansowe. Tym samym Spółka nie będzie przekazywać odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych oraz odrębnego jednostkowego raportu półrocznego.

Publication dates of periodic reports in 2026The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A., based in Wrocław, "the Company", informs that in accordance with § 80(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state ("the Regulation"), the dates for the publication of periodic reports in 2026 will be as follows:1.Periodic report for 2025:- Standalone and consolidated annual report for 2025 - 23 March 2026.2.Periodic reports for 2026:- Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2026 - 11 May 2026.- Consolidated semi-annual report for H1 2026 - 24 August 2026.- Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2026 - 9 November 2026.At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that pursuant to § 83 section 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2025 and for the second quarter of 2026.Furthermore, pursuant to § 63 sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation, the Company informs that the consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports will include quarterly and semi-annual condensed standalone financial statements, respectively. Thus, the Company will not publish separate standalone quarterly reports and a separate standalone semi-annual report.
