TEN SQUARE GAMES SA (2/2026) Informacja o kwartalnych przychodach (płatnościach) ze sprzedaży - 4Q 2025

Mając na uwadze zapewnienie przejrzystej i efektywnej polityki informacyjnej, Zarząd Ten Square Games S.A. informuje, że szacunkowe skonsolidowane płatności użytkowników w grach (bez uwzględnienia przychodów odroczonych w czasie) Grupy Kapitałowej Ten Square Games w czwartym kwartale 2025 roku wyniosły 95,6 mln PLN.

W szacunkowej kwocie płatności 49,0 mln PLN odnosi się do płatności wygenerowanych przez grę Fishing Clash, co stanowi ok. 51,3% skonsolidowanych przychodów. Kolejne 15,3 mln PLN (16,0%) odnosi się do płatności w grze Hunting Clash. Kwota 9,9 mln PLN (10,4%) odnosi się do płatności Wings of Heroes, natomiast kwota 10,2 mln PLN (10,6%) odnosi się do płatności Trophy Hunter.

Płatności w poszczególnych miesiącach wyniosły odpowiednio:

październik 2025: 30,4 mln PLN, w tym Fishing Clash - 15,8 mln PLN, Hunting Clash - 4,9 mln PLN, Wings of Heroes - 3,3 mln PLN, a Trophy Hunter - 2,7 mln PLN.

listopad 2025: 31,9 mln PLN w tym Fishing Clash - 16,5 mln PLN, Hunting Clash - 5,1 mln PLN, Wings of Heroes - 3,2 mln PLN, a Trophy Hunter - 3,4 mln PLN.

grudzień 2025: 33,4 mln PLN, w tym Fishing Clash - 16,6 mln PLN, Hunting Clash - 5,4 mln PLN, Wings of Heroes - 3,4 mln PLN, a Trophy Hunter - 4,1 mln PLN.

Zarząd informuje również, że niniejszy raport zawiera dane wstępne, które mogą różnić się od danych ostatecznych. Ostateczna informacja o przychodach ze sprzedaży, w tym w szczególności z uwzględnieniem przychodu odroczonego w czasie, będzie opublikowana w skonsolidowanym raporcie okresowym. Najbliższym raportem okresowym przekazywanym przez Spółkę jest skonsolidowany raport roczny za okres zakończony 31 grudnia 2025 roku, który zostanie opublikowany 23 marca 2026 roku.

Information

on quarterly sales revenues (bookings) - Q4 2025

To

ensure a transparent and effective information policy, the Management

Board of Ten Square Games S.A. informs that the estimated consolidated

bookings in games (excluding deferred revenues) of the Ten Square

Games Capital Group in the fourth quarter of 2025 amounted to PLN 95.6

million.

Of

the total estimated amount, PLN 49.0 million relates to bookings

generated by the game Fishing Clash, which constitutes approximately

51.3% of consolidated revenues. Another PLN 15.3 million (16.0%)

relates to bookings in the game Hunting Clash. The amount of PLN 9.9

million (10.4%) relates to bookings in the game Wings of Heroes, while

the amount of PLN 10.2 million (10.6%) relates to Trophy Hunter payments.

Bookings

in individual months were as follows:

October

2025: PLN 30.4 million, including Fishing Clash - PLN 15.8 million,

Hunting Clash - PLN 4.9 million, Wings of Heroes - PLN 3.3 million,

and Trophy Hunter - PLN 2.7 million.

November

2025: PLN 31.9 million, including Fishing Clash - PLN 16.5 million,

Hunting Clash - PLN 5.1 million, Wings of Heroes - PLN 3.2 million,

and Trophy Hunter - PLN 3.4 million.

December

2025: PLN 33.4 million, including Fishing Clash - PLN 16.6 million,

Hunting Clash - PLN 5.4 million, Wings of Heroes - PLN 3.4 million,

and Trophy Hunter - PLN 4.1 million.

The

Management Board also informs that this report contains preliminary

data, which may differ from the final data. The final information on

sales revenues, including deferred revenues, will be published in the

consolidated periodic report. The next periodic report to be issued by

the Company is the consolidated yearly report for the period ending

December 31, 2025, which will be published on March 23, 2026.
