Torpol SATorpol builder expects revenue growth in 2025 to PLN 1.8-1.9 billion
Listed builder Torpol expects its revenues in 2025 to rise to PLN 1.8-1.9 billion (EUR 430-454 mln), board representatives told a press conference. The board is considering acquisitions in the area of rail traffic control and is not giving up on foreign markets.
"2025 should be higher revenue-wise because we have, for example, the Katowice contract, which will give more revenue than it gave in 2024. We also have the Gizycko-Korsze contract, which will not bring little at all (...). We are targeting a level of PLN 1.8-1.9 billion in revenues in 2025," deputy CEO Marcin Zachariasz said.
In 2024, Torpol Group's revenue increased by 33.5 percent year-on-year to PLN 1.46 billion (EUR 349 mln).
The largest contract in the portfolio is a contract concluded in April 2024 with railway operator PKP PLK. The price of the bid submitted in a consortium with the Intop Warsaw company is about PLN 3.4 billion (EUR 813 mln) net. Torpol's share in the consortium is about 70 percent.
In early March, Torpol announced the adoption of a strategy for 2025-2030. One of the goals is to carry out acquisitions to strengthen the group's value chain. No specific acquisitions have been identified at the press conference.
As the builder's management informed, Torpol is not giving up on foreign markets, but is taking a cautious approach.
