Torpol builder maintains 2025 revenue target of PLN 1.7-1.8 bln and net profit not lower y/y

Listed builder Torpol maintains its 2025 revenue target of PLN 1.7-1.8 billion (EUR 399.7-423.3 mln) and aims for net profit no lower than in 2024, with management citing a secure order book and resilience to rising material costs, the company's representatives told a conference.

"We maintain what we said at the conference for our 2024 results. Torpol Group revenues will be around PLN 1.7-1.8 billion, and net profit will be no lower than in 2024, or about PLN 60 million at the end of 2025," said Marcin Zachariasz, deputy CEO for finance, during Monday’s press call.

CEO Konrad Tulinski noted the group is coping well in the current construction market despite higher material prices.

"We hope that situations related to war, the pandemic, and other adverse market events are behind us. Fluctuations in material prices are not such that they make life very difficult for us," he said.

Tulinski added that if cost increases occur on existing contracts, the indexation mechanism applies automatically, so he sees no threats from this at present.

Tulinski also stated that the group’s order book, currently worth about PLN 3.35 billion (EUR 787.6 mln) net, is very safe and that Torpol is well-prepared to execute contracts and participate in significant new tenders.

He said the company is considering contracts abroad, especially in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Germany, but only where risks are low and opportunities attractive.

Management explained that the current order book secures activity for 2025 and that the group’s financial position remains strong, with net cash of PLN 266.8 million (EUR 62.7 mln) at the end of the first quarter of 2025.

Torpol’s strategy for 2025-2030 assumes cumulative consolidated net revenue of about PLN 14.5 billion (EUR 3.4 mln) and EBITDA of around PLN 840 million (EUR 197.5 mln).
