Auto Partner SAUPDATE: Auto Partner automotive nets PLN 52.6 mln in Q4 2025, EBITDA at PLN 86.1 mln
Listed car parts distributor Auto Partner posted a PLN 52.6 million (EUR 12.4 mln) net profit and a PLN 86.1 mln EBITDA in the fourth quarter of 2025, the company's financial report has shown. The PAP Biznes consensus was for a net take of PLN 47.7 million and an EBITDA of PLN 82.7 million.
The company’s revenue in Q4 2025 totalled nearly PLN 1.074 billion (EUR 253 mln), while operating profit stood at PLN 71.2 million, compared with consensus estimates of PLN 1.071 bln and PLN 68.5 mln, respectively.
For the full year 2025, the Auto Partner group generated sales revenue of PLN 4.42 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 7.6 percent.
The group's 2025 EBITDA stood at PLN 337.2 mln against PLN 343.6 million in the previous year. Operating profit fell by 3.1 pct y/y to PLN 280.3 mln, while net profit declined by 4.3 pct y/y to nearly PLN 199 mln.
In 2025, the group's sales in Poland accounted for 49.2 percent of total turnover, totalling just under PLN 2.2 billion, up by 5.2 pct y/y. Exports, accounting for 50.8 percent of revenue, increased by 10 pct to nearly PLN 2.25 billion. The European Union remains the group's main market.
As reported, international expansion in 2026 will be supported by a new logistics and warehousing centre in Zgorzelec, which, thanks to its location near the border, strengthens the group’s sales potential in Western European markets.
