UPDATE: JSW coal asks Poland's social insurer to postpone payment of approx. PLN 1.3 bln contributions

Listed coking coal producer JSW's management board adopted a resolution to submit applications to Poland's social insurer ZUS to postpone payment of contributions of approximately PLN 1.3 billion (EUR 304.9 mln) until January 2026, the group said in a market filing. JSW wants the payment of the contributions in instalments over the period of up to 24 months after the end of the deferral period.


As stated, these are contributions for social security, health insurance, Labour Fund, Guaranteed Employee Benefit Fund and the Bridge Pension Fund contributions, due for the period from April 2025 to December 2025.
