WORK SERVICE SA (15/2021) KDPW's communication regarding the date of registration of the Company's Y-series shares.

The Management Board of Work Service S.A. ("Company") informs about getting acquainted today with the Statement of the Operational Department of the National Depository for Securities S.A. ("KDPW") dated 16/03/2021, indicating that on 18/03/2021, registration of the 163,250 ordinary bearer Y-series shares, with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each ("Shares") shall take place in the securities depository, marked with the ISIN code PLWRKSR00019, in accordance with the KDPW Statement No. 946/2019 dated 06/11/2019, to which current report No. 84/2019 is related to.

In connection with the above, the condition of registering the Shares in the abovementioned day specified in the Resolution No. 275/2021 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board, S.A. regarding the admission and introduction of Shares in the ordinary course to public trading on the main market, which Company related to in current report no 14/2021 dated 16/03/2021, has been fulfilled.
