ZE PAK power indirect subsidiary sign gas supply deal for Turek CCGT unit

Listed power group ZE PAK's indirect subsidiary, PAK CCGT, and Duon Dystrybucja have concluded a contract ensuring gas supplies to the combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) unit located in Turek, ZE PAK announced in a market filing.


The agreement was concluded for a period of five years. After this period, the agreement will be automatically extended for another five years, unless either party submits a written statement of termination of cooperation no later than twelve months before its expiry.

The agreement does not provide for any minimum gas purchase volumes on the part of PAK CCGT, nor does it provide for any 'take or pay' clauses. Gas supplies will be delivered to the physical exit point from the transmission system managed by Gaz-System.
