Bank Gospodarstwa KrajowegoBGK sells PLN 199 mln in one series of rescue bonds at top-up auction
Poland's state development bank BGK sold a total of PLN 199 million (EUR 46.6 mln) in rescue-funding bonds at the top-up auction on Thursday, the bank said in a statement. The bonds were issued for the benefit of the COVID-19 Response Fund.
Earlier in the day, BGK sold PLN 873.69 million (EUR 204.5 mln) in three series of the rescue fund bonds (FPC0229, FPC0231 and FPC0235) at an auction on Thursday, against a demand for the four series at PLN 1.06 billion.
All bond issues are being conducted for the benefit of the COVID-19 Response Fund operated by BGK bank. The Fund is for the public finance sector. Its full service is provided by BGK, in particular managing its liquidity and raising financing, mainly in the form of bond issues.
