Poland's public debt reaches PLN 111.057 bln by end of 2024 - MinFin
The total amount of liabilities included in the public debt at the end of 2024 amounted to PLN 111.057 billion (EUR 26.06 bln), the finance ministry said.
The ministry reported that the amount of total revenue implemented was PLN 431.411 million or EUR 103.2 mln (this is 98.7 percent of the plan).
The amount of total expenditure made was PLN 432.231 million or EUR 103.3 mln (this is 92.7 percent of the plan).
The budgets of local government units closed collectively with a deficit of PLN 819 million (EUR 195.8 mln), with a planned deficit of PLN 28.980 million (EUR 6.9 mln).
The realised current revenue was higher than realised current expenditure by PLN 32.629 million (EUR 7.8 mln), with a planned surplus of PLN 12.997 million (EUR 3.1 mln).
