Listed mint Mennica Polska's subsidiary Mennica Polska SA has signed a contract for construction works with Think Construction and Firma Kamieniarz Tadeusz Modlinski, the company wrote in a market filing. The contractors are entitled to a lump sum remuneration worth PLN 220.6 million (EUR 52.3 mln) net.
The subject of the contract is the general construction of seven multi-family residential buildings with garages, landscaping and the necessary technical infrastructure as part of the ‘Bulwary Praskie’ development project in Warsaw, the firm reported.
The agreement was concluded in a manner ensuring that the contractor, on behalf of the contracting authority, obtains a final and unconditional decision on the use of the above-mentioned buildings covered by the agreement or an equivalent decision required by law.
The remuneration may increase only if the contracting authority orders additional or more expensive replacement works or in cases specified in detail in the agreement, the firm added.
The contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the agreement by February 28, 2028.
