Zmiana terminu publikacji raportów okresowych VIGO Photonics S.A.
Zarząd VIGO Photonics S.A. z siedzibą w Ożarowie Mazowieckim ("Emitent", "Spółka") w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 2/2026 z dnia 27 stycznia 2026 r. informuje, że uległy zmianie terminy publikacji:
- jednostkowego i skonsolidowanego raportu rocznego za 2025 r. Nowy termin publikacji raportów rocznych za 2025 r. to 23 kwietnia 2026 r.
- jednostkowego i skonsolidowanego raportu za I kwartał 2026 r. Nowy termin publikacji raportów za I kwartał 2026 r. to 29 maja 2026 r.
Pierwotna data publikacji jednostkowego i skonsolidowanego raportu rocznego za 2025 r. ustalona była na 16 marca 2026 r.
Pierwotna data publikacji jednostkowego i skonsolidowanego raportu za I kwartał 2026 r. ustalona była na 25 maja 2026 r.
Pozostałe terminy publikacji raportów okresowych wskazanych w harmonogramie opublikowanym raportem bieżącym nr 2/2026 nie uległy zmianie.
Podstawa prawna: § 80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim.

Change
of the date of publication of the VIGO Photonics S.A. periodic report
The
Management Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. with its registered office in
Ożarów Mazowiecki (the "Issuer," "Company"), with reference to current
report No. 2/2026 of January 27, 2026, hereby announces that the
publication dates have changed:
-
the
separate and consolidated annual report for 2025. The new date for the
publication of the annual reports for 2025 is April 23, 2026.
-
the
separate and consolidated report for the first quarter of 2026. The new
publication date for the reports for the first quarter of 2026 is May
29, 2026.
The
original publication date of the separate and consolidated annual report
for 2025 was set for 16 March 2026.
The
original publication date of the separate and consolidated report for
the first quarter of 2026 was set for 25 May 2026.
The
other publication dates for periodic reports indicated in the schedule
published in current report No. 2/2026 remain unchanged.
Legal
basis: § 80 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March
29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of
securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information
required by the law of a non-member state.
