Lokum developer sells 7 flats in Q3 2024 versus 196 in Q3 2023

Listed real estate developer Lokum sold 7 residential units in the third quarter of 2024 against 196 units in the prior year period, the company said in a market filing. The group recognised 34 units as a result of the third quarter, down from 135 units a year earlier.


As stated, at the end of the third quarter of the 2024, the group had 30 reservation agreements in place waiting to be transformed into preliminary or development agreements.

At the end of the third quarter of the 2024, the group's offer in the Wroclaw and Cracow markets included a total of 389 units, while 584 units were under development.
