R.Power to issue PLN 352.2 mln worth bonds

Polish photovoltaic company R.Power signed the terms and conditions for the issue of bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 352.2 million (EUR 81.5 mln), which will be issued under the company's bond issue programme up to a total nominal value of PLN 1 billion (EUR 231.5 mln), the company said in a market filing.

The bonds will bear interest at a variable rate of WIBOR 6M plus a margin of 3.50 percent.

"The purpose of the bond issue is, among others, to finance or refinance the development, acquisition, construction and operation of green projects by the company's group entities in a manner consistent with the Green Bond Principles," R.Power said in the market filing.

The bonds are to be issued on or around October 30, 2024.
