Poland's energy system stable, crisis team set up - national grid operator
The national power system is operating stably, and the transmission infrastructure has not been damaged, Poland's grid operator PSE announced on X. PSE added that a crisis management team has been set up.
"The national energy system is operating stably, and the transmission infrastructure has not been damaged. PSE is operating in accordance with the procedures resulting from the current alert level. A crisis management team has been set up within the company," PSE wrote.
Earlier, after Russian drones violated Polish airspace during the night and early morning, Poland's energy minister Milosz Motyka reported that no incidents had been recorded in the area of strategic energy infrastructure.
"The units under the supervision of the government plenipotentiary for strategic energy infrastructure have taken all measures to secure the infrastructure in accordance with the situation. All security procedures are in place," Motyka assured on X.
