Alior Bank recommends PLN 570 mln in dividend payouts from 2023 profits

Listed lender Alior Bank's management board recommends to allocate PLN 1.2 bln (EUR 281.1 mln) or PLN 9.19 (EUR 2.15) per share to dividend payouts from 2024 profits, the bank wrote in a market filing. The bank's supervisory board positively assessed the management board's proposal.


Alior bank's board decided to propose to the AGM to set the dividend entitlement date at June 30, 2025 and the dividend payment date at July 14, 2025.

The bank's targets for the end of 2027 assumed the allocation of more than 50 percent of profit to dividends. Of the 2024 profit, Alior planned to allocate around 50 percent to dividends.
