Zarząd Alior Bank S.A. ("Bank") przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości wykaz akcjonariuszy obecnych na Zwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Banku w dniu 16 czerwca 2025 r., posiadających co najmniej 5% ogólnej liczby głosów:

1. Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń SA z siedzibą w Warszawie wraz PZU SFIO Universum, którym przysługiwało 41.658.850 głosów z posiadanych akcji, co stanowiło 44,81% głosów na tym zgromadzeniu i 31,91% w ogólnej liczbie głosów.

2. Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny z siedzibą w Warszawie, któremu przysługiwało 11.950.000 głosów z posiadanych akcji, co stanowiło 12,85% głosów na tym zgromadzeniu i 9,15% w ogólnej liczbie głosów.

3. Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny z siedzibą w Warszawie któremu przysługiwało 11.526.440 głosów z posiadanych akcji, co stanowiło 12,40% głosów na tym zgromadzeniu i 8,83% w ogólnej liczbie głosów.

4. Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny z siedzibą w Warszawie, któremu przysługiwało 6.537.138 głosów z posiadanych akcji, co stanowiło 7,03% głosów na tym zgromadzeniu i 5,01% w ogólnej liczbie głosów.

General Meeting of Alior Bank S.A. convened for June 16, 2025

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (the "Bank") hereby publishes

the list of Shareholders present at the Annual General Meeting of Alior

Bank S.A. convened for June 16, 2025 with at least 5% voting rights:

1. Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń SA with its registered office in Warsaw

and PZU SFIO Universum, vested with 41,658,850 votes from the shares

held, reflecting 44.81% votes at the General Meeting and 31.91% of the

total number of votes.

2. Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny with its registered

office in Warsaw, vested with 11,950,000 votes from the shares held,

reflecting 12.85% votes at the General Meeting and 9.15% of the total

number of votes.

3. Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny with its registered office

in Warsaw vested with 11,526,440 votes from the shares held, reflecting

12.40% votes at the General Meeting and 8.83% of the total number of

votes.

4. Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny with its registered office in

Warsaw vested with 6,537,138 votes from the shares held, reflecting
