Raport bieżący 42/2025
Zarząd Alior Bank S.A. ("Bank") przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości daty przekazywania raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2026:
- 24 lutego 2026 r. - jednostkowy raport roczny Banku za rok zakończony 31 grudnia 2025 r. oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny Grupy Kapitałowej Banku za rok zakończony 31 grudnia 2025 r.,
- 28 kwietnia 2026 r. - skonsolidowany raport kwartalny Grupy Kapitałowej Banku za I kwartał 2026 r.,
- 4 sierpnia 2026 r. - skonsolidowany raport półroczny Grupy Kapitałowej Banku za I półrocze 2026 r.,
- 27 października 2026 r. - skonsolidowany raport kwartalny Grupy Kapitałowej Banku za III kwartał 2026 r.
Zarząd Banku oświadcza, że:
- zgodnie z § 83 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia nie będzie przekazywał do publicznej wiadomości skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za IV kwartał 2025 r. oraz skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za II kwartał 2026 r.,
- zgodnie z § 63 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia nie będzie publikował odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych, a skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne będą zawierały kwartalne informacje finansowe jednostki dominującej,
- skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2026 r. będzie zawierał półroczne skrócone sprawozdanie finansowe, na podstawie, w zakresie i zgodnie z postanowieniami § 63 ust. 3 i ust. 5 Rozporządzenia.
Podstawa prawna: § 84 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim.

Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2026
The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. ("Bank") hereby publishes the
dates of periodic reports in 2026:
- February 24, 2026 - Separate Annual Report of the Bank for the year
ended December 31, 2025 and Consolidated Annual Report of the Bank's
Capital Group for the year ended December 31, 2025,
- April 28, 2026 - Consolidated Quarterly Report of the Bank's Capital
Group for Q1 of 2026,
- August 4, 2026 - Consolidated Semi-Annual Report for H1 of 2026,
- October 27, 2026 - Consolidated Quarterly Report of the Bank's Capital
Group for Q3 of 2026.
The Management Board of the Bank hereby states that:
- in accordance with § 83 (2) of the Regulation the Bank will not submit
the consolidated quarterly report for Q4 of 2025 and the consolidated
quarterly report for Q2 of 2026;
- in accordance with § 63 (1) of the Regulation the Bank will not submit
separate quarterly reports and consolidated quarterly reports will
contain quarterly financial information of the Parent Company;
- the consolidated semi-annual report for H1 of 2026 will contain
semi-annual condensed financial statements based on, in the scope and in
accordance with the § 63 (3) and (5) of the Regulation.
Legal basis: § 84 (1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of
June 6, 2025, on current and periodic information published by issuers
of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information
required by the laws of a non-member state.
